Most of the ranks are self-explanitory but there are a few that need explaining so here ya go:
Betas don't have to be mates. The beta male is the advisor to the alpha while the beta female is the alphess' advisor. They don't have to be together, can be if you decide but it isn't a must.
Honored Ones are brave wolves that perhaps saved the life of an alpha, have done the pack a great service or are a very good friend of the current royalty. They're treated with respect and help keep an eye on everyone else in the pack.
Dishonored wolves are wolves that desert the pack, become traitors or are found to be spies for another pack. They are treated as prisoners if their crimes are that bad. YOU DON'T HAVE TO BE AN EVIL WOLF TO BE DISHONORED! The pups of prisoners/traitors are usually considered among the dishonored but can work their way back up with lots of hard work.
