This is a small river that has a gentle current, flowing away from the Bloodwake Plains. There is a legend that says after battle the river flows red but when there is no battle the water has a strange appearance, glimmering and sparkling no matter the hour, even on cloudy days. The current is very gentle but the waters are deep so crossing it isn't wise unless you're a strong swimmer.
